Eligible Pearl Horizon pre-sale buyers have to submit their applications for the purchase of home swap housing units by 16 August (Friday), according to the Chief Executive Order No.89/2019. Macau Urban Renewal Limited (MUR) kindly reminds those who have yet to submit their applications need to do so on time, otherwise, they will lose their eligibility for the purchase of home swap housing units.

Work on receiving applications for the purchase of home swap housing units is being carried out accordingly. As of 9 August, eligible owners of 265 registered residential units have yet to submit their applications. According to the above-mentioned order, a pre-sale buyer who intends to buy a home swap housing unit needs to apply in person by 16 August at the Northern District Public Service Centre at a special counter on the ground floor in Area B. The centre is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

As of 9 August, MUR has received a total of 1,887 applications. Pre-sale buyers who have applied but at the time failed to provide all necessary documents are also required to submit the remaining document(s) within the specified period, otherwise, it will affect their eligibility to purchase home swap housing units. Moreover, all results of the applications will be sent to the applicants by mail within 30 days after the application period.
