The provision of real estate agent services for the Hengqin "Macau New Neighbourhood" project is now fully open. Eligible service providers must hold a valid Mainland real estate related business license and a Macau real estate intermediary license. Effective from 13 May 2026, the agent service fee has been adjusted to 3%.

MUR and the Bank of China Macau Branch sign financing agreement
MUR and Natural Resources Bureau of the Zhuhai Municipal Government sign agreement for the transfer use of the land lot
