Eligible pre-sale buyers of condominiums under construction on Lot P in Areia Preta (original “Pearl Horizon” site) and persons who have been transferred with the relevant property’s sale and purchase agreement, who did not submit their applications in the first phase (from 17 June to 26 July 2019) can submit their applications in person or make an appointment in the second phase (from 29 July to 16 August 2019) at the Northern District Public Services Centre.

        Pre-sale buyers who fail to submit their applications between 29 July to 16 August 2019 will lose their eligibility for home swap housing.

       Pre-sale buyers who have made their applications should also be reminded to submit all necessary documents during the above-mentioned period. Failure to do so may result in the applicants’ eligibility to home swap housing being affected.
