The Edifício Ut Koi and Edifício Lok Koi hourly car parks in Lot P of the Areia Preta reclamation area will introduce a 24-hour parking fee cap from midnight on 1 September 2026 until 11:59pm on 31 December 2026.

Construction of the secondary school in Hengqin’s Macau New Neighbourhood (MNN) began on 27 May 2024 and passed its final inspection in February 2026. Registration is open from 1 to 8 March, and the school is expected to open for the 2026/2027 academic year.

Chinese New Year Holiday Arrangements for MUR Sales Centre

During the Chinese New Year holiday period, the Hengqin sales centre and show flats of Macau New Neighbourhood (MNN) will remain open. A variety of “Good Luck” photo installations have been set up on-site to celebrate Chinese New Year. Admission to the event is completely free of charge.
