Macau New Neighbourhood secondary school construction in full swing; Shops to open in July

The construction of the secondary school, one of the important livelihood facilities at Macau New Neighbourhood (MNN) in Hengqin, is in full swing as of 27 May. Project completion is expected to be in 2026 and will be handed over for operations, completing the basic education facilities that MNN has to offer.

Children’s Funday at MNN event to be rescheduled

Due to unforeseen weather conditions, ‘Children’s Funday at MNN’ outdoor event originally set to take place on 1 June (Saturday) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Macau New Neighbourhood Lotus Square in Hengqin will be rescheduled, the date of which will be announced in due course. We would like to thank the public for their understanding and support.

Macau New Neighbourhood parking spaces to go on sale on 24 May

The residential project features about 3,300 parking spaces with ownership rights on the ground floor and in the basement level. The price for a standard-sized parking space is 288,000 yuan, while the price for tandem parking (with two parking spots) is 488,000 yuan. To purchase, MNN homeowners need to pay a deposit of 30,000 yuan and all relevant procedures must be completed to close the deal within 30 days.

Eligibility requirements relaxed : Macau residents aged 18 or above can buy Macau New Neighbourhood

Eligibility requirements at Macau New Neighbourhood (MNN) in Hengqin have been relaxed. Effective as of 13 May, Macau residents aged 18 or above holding a Macau identity card issued by the Macau Special Administrative Region (MSAR) Identification Services Bureau (DSI) can buy a residential unit in MNN.

Macau New Neighbourhood car park open for viewing from 7 April

Macau New Neighbourhood marks first livelihood project in Cooperation Zone to issue ownership certificates instantly after handover of completed homes

With the support from several entities of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, MNN held a ceremony on 2 January 2024 to launch the one-stop service of online real estate registration procedure and flat handover, becoming the first livelihood project in the Cooperation Zone to issue ownership certificates instantly after the handover of completed homes.

The sale of residential units at Macau New Neighbourhood (MNN) began on 28 November at 9 a.m. met with great enthusiasm, attracting people queuing up in an orderly manner.
